For Where Your Treasure Is, There Your Heart Be Also. (Luke 12:34)

The heart is very important to every human being. That's why the Bible advises us to guard it with all diligence, because out of it are the issues of life. A major part of diligently guarding your
heart is knowing where your heart is. So, child of God, 'where is your heart?' Our text clearly says, wherever your treasure is, there your heart is too. Whatever happens to your treasure ultimately affect your heart. So, maybe the better question to ask is, 'where is your treasure?' With the present economic crisis I guess many hearts are constantly in the bank and stock market. Jesus' advice is that we lay up for ourselves treasure in heaven, where there is no bank distress, economic meltdown or robbers.
