Nigeria Achievers Award 2019: Meet The Grand Master Of Philanthropy Chief David Sabo Kente aka DSK

Chief David Sabo Kente aka DSK is the founder of David Sabo Kente (DSK) foundation. The foundation was established as a gesture of his philanthropic goodwill to improve the social welfare of the people, DSK has always put Nigeria on the road map of sustainable development through innovation, creativity and a culture of excellence.



Popularly known as DSK, he has through his foundation improved the well-being of  the physically challenged, the less privileged (particularly orphans and vulnerable children), youths, widows and retirees by providing them with financial support, education, vocational training/skills acquisition schemes, provision of shelter, primary health care and food so as to empower them as well as ameliorate their daily challenges in life.

Due to his outstanding hard work and dedication to the Federal Government of Nigeria, he rose through the ranks as Assistant Director of Finance and Head Audit Division of the National Assembly until he became the Deputy Director of Finance for Legislative Aides account division of the National Assembly, a position which he held until 2014.

DSK has received numerous awards of excellence to his name. He is currently a member of the North East Development Commission (NEDC) board appointed by President Mohammadu Buhari.
