Every Wise Woman Buildeth Her House: But The Foolish Plucketh It Down With Her Hands (proverbs 14:1)

I know that this scripture is about a woman's participation in the destiny of her home, but I believe the main lesson in the verse is not gender-related. This is a situation where a person builds or destroys with her/his own hands, which
means the power to build and destroy our lives is not entirely in God's hands. To sit down and simply pray and hope that everything will go well is a lack of understanding of life. No matter how much help we get from God, there is a part we must play. We are God's co-labourers in our lives. Human efforts mixed with God's wisdom will bring it to pass. Stop plucking down and destroying your life by some of the decisions and actions you have chosen.
